We had a flood in our master bath necessitating a complete renovation of our bathroom, part of our bedroom and the whole garage.  Oracle was great to work with.  They got it all done in the time they said but for a special order of my shower door which wasn’t their fault.  Daniel, our project manager was great to work with. I had a fire in my garage & it also caught the studio house next to it partially on fire & there was a lot of water damage due to the firemen trying to put the fire out. Michael, at Oracle is who started the ball rolling for me, my insurance adjuster was doing absolutely nothing as far as getting things restored for me. Michael contacted my insurance adjuster, got the “okay” from him to start on my garage & studio, got his crew together from Oracle, Eugene & Mike, great guys, & they got the water damage repaired for me in the studio & we are about to start on the garage next week. I recommend Oracle for all your restoration needs, they are on time, professional, knowledgeable, friendly, & really care about their customers! Oracle Construction and Restoration was referred to us by our Insurance company. Patience was needed as it took over 5 months to replace flooring and kitchen.  Once the green light was given it was done mostly as outlined.  Daniel our project contractor and the Oracle team especially packers Maria and teams were incredible. Just had the Oracle team finish with our project addressing a water leak in the attic.  What a fantastic team!  Several different technicians arrived timely, were professional and courteous!  They blocked off the area which kept any construction mess away from the living area. Loved receiving a card when the project was completed by Eugene! We have had a good experience working with Oracle who were the assigned company to take care of mitigation and reconstruction after water seeped in everywhere from a water leak. It was a great experience working with their folks. David and Brandon were the first responders for mitigation. They set the tone for the entire process. Brandon stood out for his kindness, politeness, and willingness to go above and beyond. He even helped move items around, despite it not being part of his job. David ensured that no additional damage occurred elsewhere in the house. Daniel, the project manager, deserves special recognition. He ensured that the construction project ran smoothly.
